The Retail Process Analyst mission is to analyze and streamline Retail processes with regards to the current Pilots using cxignited Digital Platform system offering.  Working closely with account managers, customers project managers and using different business intelligence/reporting, dashboard, already in place and tracking information about store and stock movements within stores.  Liaising with the Product Owner of the Digital Platform, you will contribute to build the business model of the innovative digital platform in the context of the retailers’ benefits and its Return of Investment.

The main goal is to determine the relevancy and the impact of cxignited innovation handling retail store operations, stock movement, retail store sales and merchandizing activities.

Looking for a Senior Engineer/leader who has experience with high scale integration and data integration. In charge of organizing the System Support Engineering. Covering Level 1/2 technical support to our customers in WW region, by assisting, troubleshooting, analyzing and solving technical issues related to software, network, database, hardware devices.


  • Define, develop, Installation procedures, and support processes, troubleshooting analysis, and managing crisis, red alerts procedures.
  • Organize and Provide high quality technical support (email, phone calls) for customers using the Digital Platform and the Digital Signature product offerings.
  • Document all customer inquiries in the incident tracking system.
  • Provide appropriate solutions to all customer inquiries.
  • Create new solutions where necessary and recommend changes to existing solutions.
  • Review knowledge base solutions to ensure overall quality of our knowledge base and online support capabilities.
  • Develop proficiency in all CXI System products from a technical perspective.
  • Organize and provide level 2 support, by setting up test environment, and reproducing incident / problem sequences on replicated production environments.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in system integration, testing, verification, validation, and support including an understanding of "white box" and "black box" testing, test design, test tools and methods, test documentation, test management, test traceability, defect management and tracking is required
  • Degree in Computer Science,
  • Strong Experience in Microsoft systems such as Windows Server, SQL Server.
  • Moderate to Strong experience in Networking related incident troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge on Network infrastructure and configuration
  • Good knowledge on SaaS / Cloud technology is a plus
  • Good knowledge on Big Data database technologies is a plus

Job purpose

Lead the development of customers’ pilots and rollout program introducing the next generation of Real-time and Localized Inventory digital platform developed by cxignited.

To lead the delivery of a major, complex information technology infrastructure project, in a challenging multi-sites and culture organization from store feasibility to full roll-out, to achieve desired outputs within agreed time frame, within budget, to agreed specification and statement of works signed between the parties (Customer, cxi). He oversees the development in the program budget decided between cxi and the customer.

Principal accountabilities

  • Provide project management expertise to both the team and on the largest and most complex project of the company, ensuring the project has a project plan, risk register and appropriate approvals and coordination mechanisms due to the international context.
  • Provide technical inputs and project management/budget support during the design and feasibility stages to ensure that outcomes can be maximized; and that the development contract facilitates the delivery of the project
  • Develop, implement and monitor good management practices in respect of the design, implementation and delivery ensuring investment process in a timely manner and to a high quality of submission
  • Maintain regular and accurate reporting to the executive group composed by both party, including analysis and evaluation of progress, with respect to the current and forecast status on assigned projects. Identify potential difficulties with project delivery and take appropriate remedial action
  • Manage the program up to installation and project deployment services with partners, including consultants and contractors, negotiating agreements and managing delivery contracts so that objectives are achieved and procedures complied with the regulation and

Technical requirements/experience/qualifications

We are looking for a senior Electronic system designer with a proven track record in hardware development and embedded system integration in Digital wireless environment. The Electronic Design Engineer contributes to the design, development, modification, and evaluation of the embedded system parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications in the purpose of developing new features-rich embedded applications. He analyses equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. May review vendor capability to support product development. The product is the whole infrastructure called RLPS (Real-time Local Positioning System) including Hotspot (celling base-station) and power-node (sensors controlling the energy coverage of zones). The ESSE will work in collaboration with our Senior Embedded System Engineer who is located at La Ciotat.


 Contributes to the design, development or modification of hardware for a limited scope of a project by analysing the hardware requirements documents.

  • Select/evaluate components, create or edit specification control and other drawings, perform schematic entry, analyse circuits, and perform simple analog/digital simulations.
  • Write or edit test protocols/reports, write and implement engineering change notices.
  • Debug and test of hardware using software and hardware tools as needed.
  • Participate in hardware design reviews and other related technical reviews.
  • Define and create product SW specifications including system designs, feature descriptions and application notes of functional blocks.
